BIOSTEPS II FILTER

The BioSteps II Pond Filter.

• Progressive step wise filtration through 6 layers of Matala filter media.
• 1 cubic foot of Matala filter media
• 2 green Matala pads; 2 Blue Matala pads and 2 Gray Matala pads.
• Swivel elbow Inlet fitting. 4 barb sizes; 3/4”, 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”.
• 1.5″ Outlet fitting fits standard 1.5″ PVC pipe. Compression fit, no glue required.
• Bottom Drain fitting for backwash clean out. Can be modified with “Magic Adapter” to connect a 1.5″ standard ball valve (sold separately).
• Lid.
• Made from high grade plastic able to withstand below freezing temperature.
• Strong enough to stand on.
• Ideal Flow rate 800 gallons per hour with 1.5″ outlet pipe.
• For koi ponds up to 1000 gallons and planted water gardens up to 2700 gallons.
